Jamaica in the near future, after the mining stopped, The land stripped barren, no more water to drink. Red earth blood spilled onto everywhere. Mango trees wore red ore dust coats. Dust is not stationary, nor is heat. These have traveled across the world. Fairy rings opened in the Namibia desert. Portals and Calabans to catch the restless ones. Gathering, bringing back what was lost. Redwoods, oh the redwoods once giants gone…
